There are strict guidelines set by the FDA as well as fertility physicians nationwide, and only your truthful answers can determine whether or not you are a good candidate for egg donation. Many recipients have struggled with infertility for years and have experienced numerous disappointments from unsuccessful fertility treatments. We hope to eliminate further disappointment by providing highly qualified donors to participate in an egg donation cycle.
You must meet all of the following criteria to proceed to the initial application:
- You are between the ages of 20 and 29
- You are in good health
- You are height-weight proportionate
- You are not currently taking any psychiatric medications
