Introducing the Egg Donor Select Team...

Julie Rash – CEO; Director of Member Clinic Development

Julie has worked in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility since 1989 in sales and as a consultant to infertility clinics. As a member of the highly regarded consulting team at Serono, Inc., Julie worked with Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) centers to help improve operations as well as helping to improve patient and employee relations. As an infertility patient herself, she understands and supports the high standards of care expected by all infertility patients.

Julie’s responsibilities with Egg Donor Select® include member clinic development, establishing exceptional standards to meet customer expectations, and research and development. She has a B.A. in Communications, with concentrations in Journalism and Public Relations, from Washington State University.

Jennifer Hobodides – West Coast Director of Case Management

As a seasoned ovum donor professional, Jennifer has developed a reputation of providing attention to detail in every step of the egg donation process. Because of her commitment to maintaining communication and service standards throughout the entire organization, she has assumed the role of West Coast Director of Case Management, in which she is responsible for hiring and training all case managers within the western region.

Jennifer has a Business Degree from the Austrian Business Academy in Imst, Austria and two French Diplomas from the Sorbonne University in Paris, France. Her professional background includes organization, client relations, marketing and nationwide sales. She enjoys traveling, remodeling and languages.

Lisa Gordon, B.S.N., R.N. – Director of Clinical Relations

Lisa is one of those rare individuals who has worked in nearly all areas of an infertility practice from the surgical arena to clinical coordination as well as egg donation. She has worked with well-respected practices on both the West and East coasts. Through her work with infertility couples over the last twelve years, she has developed an understanding of the needs of the recipient couple as well as what is important to the treating physician and clinic staff.

She has helped shape ASRM Nursing Protocols for OHSS and has been a speaker on several occasions to medical groups. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Magna Cum Laude, and a Bachelor in Arts in Communications, both from The University of San Francisco.

Lisa’s responsibilities will be overseeing donor candidate recruitment criteria, infertility training and development and quality assurance.

Deana Brownlow, MBA – Midwest Director of Case Management

Deana is a seasoned professional in the reproductive endocrinology and infertility arena. As a sales representative and consultant for Serono, Inc., Deana excelled in the areas of marketing and practice operations. Her ability to uncover practice inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement has made her one of the most sought after consultants in the infertility industry.

Currently, Deana is the owner of a consulting company, Pathway Strategies, LLC, an organization that helps businesses maximize sales potential through innovative marketing programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Albion College in Economics Management and an MBA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

As Midwest Director of Case Management, Deana is responsible for hiring and training case managers within her region and maintaining communication and service standards among prospective parents, member clinics and donors.

Susan Wadsworth, MBA – East Coast Director of Case Management

Susan brings a wealth of experience in infertility to Egg Donor Select®. As a consultant for Serono, Inc., Susan’s strengths were in streamlining operations to benefit patients while maintaining a strong cohesiveness among the physician and clinical staffs. Since leaving Serono, Susan has led a successful medical consulting company, FourPoint Consulting Group, in which she has assisted multiple specialty physician groups achieve their practice goals.

As East Coast Director of Case Management, Susan is responsible for hiring and training case managers within her region and maintaining communication and service standards among prospective parents, member clinics and donors.

Susan holds a BA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University in Communications & Marketing and an MBA in Marketing from Loyola College of Maryland.
